Formación

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months in Retail Banking sales or financial services sales.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to Sales and Service Banker functions.
• 6+ months customer service in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Experience in cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional image.
• Proficiency with digital tools to engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customers' financial needs across transactional, servicing, and product requests.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
