Scytáles Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our US operations (New York City or Boston). You will gather and analyze data to support the Banking & Payments product portfolios and deliver insights for strategic decisions.

You will design dashboards, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, and monitor market trends in digital banking, fintech, and cybersecurity. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, STEM or related disciplines.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in banking/payments or fintech.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and Excel for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect and analyze data from banking/payments sources.
• Develop Dashboards & Reports: design and maintain dashboards with BI tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with product, stakeholders, and teams.
• Market & Trend Analysis: monitor banking, payments, fintech trends and regulations.
• Support Digital Transformation Projects: contribute to digital wallets and payments initiatives.
• Attend Conferences: represent Scytáles at industry events and conferences.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement: present findings to senior leadership.
