Job summary

Bybit in the United States seeks a Payment Analytics Lead to own end-to-end analysis of Crypto Pay, Stablecoin, Merchant, and Cross-border payments, building frameworks and delivering insights to guide product strategy.

Requirements include 5+ years in BI or product analytics, strong SQL (Hive/ODPS), Python, and experience with Tableau or Power BI. You will partner with Product, Operations and BD to drive data‑driven decisions and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related data analysis roles.
• Solid understanding of payment business models and metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; able to build analytical models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis across Payment-related businesses (Crypto Pay, Stablecoin, Merchant, Cross-border).
• Build monitoring frameworks around core metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into product strategy, growth opportunities, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
