829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a highly technical BI Analyst to own analytics across multiple enterprise accounts. You will turn large datasets into decision-grade insights using BigQuery, Snowflake, and Sigma, and build BI environments in Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

You will synthesize data across paid media, web, CRM, and offline conversions, build forecasting models, and deliver executive dashboards that drive strategy and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, BI, or data science.
• Expert-level SQL with hands-on experience in client-owned warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Sigma).
• Advanced BI proficiency: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven ability to unify paid media, web, CRM, and revenue data into analysis-ready datasets.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize multi-source datasets into clear performance narratives across paid media, web, CRM, ecommerce, and offline conversions.
• Build forecasting models for revenue, spend, CAC, ROAS, CPA across channels.
• Create executive-ready dashboards in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Sigma; establish single source of truth.
• Query client warehouses with performant SQL; develop attribution logic in the warehouse layer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and governance across platforms.
