U.S. Bank is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to contribute to our technology initiatives. You will develop and maintain BI reports, analyze end-user requirements, and translate them into queries and semantic layers while supporting users across the environment.

The role emphasizes design, testing, debugging, and production handover of BI solutions, with focus on data mining, warehousing, and forecasting capabilities within a collaborative IT setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.
• At least 2 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
• At least 3 years experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, OLAP, forecasting and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Develops, configures, maintains, and supports a business intelligence system and supports its users.
• Analyzes end-user BI requirements to identify user profiles and translates them into queries or reports.
• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, tests, and implements BI reports/queries/metadata layer.
• Implements end-user semantic layers and participates in BI application development.
• Develops report design and technical specification documents and forwards to production.
