Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to advance Bank Data & Analytics, supporting Deposit Products, Cash Features, and Money Movement through reliable reporting and scalable data products.

You will partner with business, product, operations, risk, technology stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform priorities and drive growth. Strong SQL, dashboard development, and data storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis across relational or cloud platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners to clarify objectives and deliver data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Bank & Trust Services leaders to understand analytical needs and deliver insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical assets.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from financial datasets.
• Identify trends and opportunities to inform decision-making and improvements.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data quality and governance by documenting logic and validating outputs.
