Job summary

BBVA USA is seeking a data-driven professional to support the US Strategy team in New York. You will build databases, analyze market variables, and create reports to improve P&L outcomes.

You will collaborate with global counterparts to balance local realities with global standards and help reengineer existing products. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Corporate & Investment Banking or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a passion for problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or related fields.
• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, AI frontier models.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Gets excited about solving problems.
• Builds strong relationships and collaborates to get things done.
• Demonstrates strong logical reasoning, listening, communication and presentation skills.
• Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Create and structure databases to track product activity in Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Interact daily with teams to ensure accurate data.
• Investigate and collect market variables to analyze commercial activity.
• Construct reports tracking variables related to commercial activity.
• Collaborate with the global strategy team to align global and local activities.
• Manage reengineering of existing products.
• Apply data skills to automate processes.
• Work well under tight deadlines.
