Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years experience as a teller and new accounts in a financial institution.
• Experience in certifications, dormant accounts, levies and subpoenas and as a merchant service representative.

Responsibilities

• Processes levies and subpoenas.
• Explains available financial services (savings/checking, IRAs, CDs, savings bonds, securities) and rents safe deposit boxes.
• Answers customer questions, investigates and corrects errors, and ensures customer satisfaction.
• May handle cash and perform ATM services.
• Executes wire transfers of funds.
• Follows up on dormant accounts.
• Provides, presents and promotes The Citizens Experience to customers.
