Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations and service-related tasks while following bank policy.
• Provide customer service that meets or exceeds service levels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and new products and programs.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with center expenses and overtime.
• Support the Service Manager and participate in performance reviews.
