Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsabilités

• Assist with operations and service-related responsibilities while adhering to Bank policy.
• Provide customer service meeting or exceeding service levels by promoting individual and team enthusiasm and pride.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of all existing and newly introduced products, services and programs.
• Prepare annual performance reviews for non-exempt associates and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Perform opening and/or closing procedures in accordance with the Bank's policies.
