Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple banking product initiatives in a hybrid Minnesota setting. You will help manage scope, schedule, and cost while preparing executive-level decks and status materials for stakeholders.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to influence without formal authority. Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence is a plus, and healthcare and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple initiatives in banking or regulated environments.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery across concurrent banking product initiatives.
• Manage meetings and prepare executive decks and status materials.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, budgets, and resource schedules.
• Develop communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate important information proactively to leadership.
• Serve as the point person for status, tracking, milestones, and forecasts.
