Job summary

Threadneedle group is seeking a Project Manager-Technology to lead multiple Agile delivery initiatives in a hybrid Minneapolis environment. You will partner with product owners, architects, and operations to align scope, schedule, and budget, while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in project management/Scrum, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on knowledge of Jira, MS Project, Excel, ServiceNow. You will coach teams and report delivery metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large technology initiatives with Agile and Waterfall.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology initiatives and enhancements with clear plans, schedules, and resources.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
• Define, monitor, and report delivery metrics and project health using dashboards.
