Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Banking Domain background to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives in Alpharetta, GA. Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years managing Banking or Financial Services projects.
Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology and business transformation initiatives.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
Develop project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
Support change management and user adoption activities.
Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
