Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing Banking or Financial Services projects.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Develop project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
