City National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the on-site branch team in Lewisburg, WV. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coaching CSR staff, and maintaining accurate cash handling practices.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, processing deposits and transfers, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to drive new business while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Supervise and coach CSR staff.
• Maintain and balance a working cash supply.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Seek opportunities to refer to other lines of business to include mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust.
• Work closely with Branch Manager and branch team to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
