Job summary

City National Bank of West Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead CSR staff, ensure accurate transactions, and deliver outstanding service at our Beaver branch. This on-site role requires coaching, cash handling, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain records in compliance with banking regulations, and help grow the branch through excellent daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with banking software and systems.
• Ability to supervise a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Supervise and coach CSR staff.
• Maintain and balance a working cash supply.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Seek opportunities to refer to other lines of business to include mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust.
• Work closely with Branch Manager and branch team to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
