Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions according to bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify referral opportunities and determine the appropriate department to handle complex issues.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash handling procedures.
• Protect customer information and comply with security/audit procedures.
• Assist customers via in-branch service and phone as needed.
