Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, process transactions accurately, and uphold bank policies.

The CSR will identify referral opportunities, maintain cash drawer integrity, and contribute to a secure, compliant, and helpful banking center environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of cash handling or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and follows proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Complies and operates within security and audit procedures.
• Maintains a position of trust and confidentiality for employee and customer information.
• Contributes in a team environment to meet customer needs by handling calls and duties to support the Banking Center.
• Meets established individual referral goals as assigned.
• Determines the appropriate individual/line of business to handle referral opportunities and follows up to ensure needs are met.
• Completes outbound customer calls as needed to support sales and service needs of the Banking Center.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
