Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to foster a positive work environment and provide exceptional service. The CSR processes transactions per bank policies, acts as the first contact for customers, and identifies referral opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must have strong product knowledge for the level of selling and promoting products.
• Ability to multi-task and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and supporting the Banking Center.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and data.
• Identify referral opportunities and route to appropriate line of business.
• Develop working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
