Qualifications

• Banking is a heavily regulated industry; you will need to learn and maintain proficiency in bank policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365; must be able to learn various banking software programs.
• Must have strong product knowledge for selling and promoting bank products.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Maintains a position of trust by keeping all employee information and customer business confidential and secure.
• Identify referral opportunities and follow up to ensure customer needs are met.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and support the Banking Center as needed.
