Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions according to bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls and support Banking Center operations.
• Determine appropriate line of business for sales opportunities and follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Develop knowledge of the bank's products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and adhere to cash-handling procedures.
• Support team in meeting referral goals and assisting customers.
