Job summary

Probe CX in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver world-class service on inbound and select outbound calls, handling card security tasks and account maintenance such as payments, updates, statements and PIN changes.

You will operate in a high-volume, 7-day environment with on-site training and a hybrid schedule, supported by floor walkers and teams to ensure quality service and compliance. Holiday roster and premium pay apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in contact centres, banking, finance, insurance, utilities, or corporate environments.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to type accurately while multitasking across multiple digital tabs.
• Thriving in a high-volume, 99% call occupancy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening and rapport-building.
• Commitment to contract duration through December 31, 2026 and willingness to work rostered public holidays.
• Ability to take coaching feedback and apply it to performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and select outbound calls delivering world-class service.
• Stop/reissue lost or stolen cards and dispute unauthorised transactions.
• Update details, issue statements, arrange payments, and change PINs.
• Log interactions accurately with zero after-call wrap-up time.
• Follow banking policies, privacy guidelines, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and QA/Training to improve outcomes.
