Team Global Express is seeking fun, outgoing customer service consultants to join our Banksmeadow contact centre. You will handle inbound queries via phone, email and chat, with training provided to build confidence and success.

After the probation period, the role will transition to a hybrid model with four days in the office and one day working from home. Strong communication, empathy and multitasking across systems are essential to excel.
