Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking a front-line teammate in Bucks County, Perkasie, to process transactions and handle customer account maintenance using bank systems and policies.

You will assist customers with service questions, promote bank products, balance cash at day end, and document conversations in the CRM. Prior banking experience is preferred and the role requires flexibility to work six days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring forms are completed properly.
• Perform customer requested account maintenance including address changes, ID updating, card ordering and check ordering.
• Assist customers with complex service issues and coordinate resolution.
• Promote Bank products and services including investments and residential lending.
• Open personal and business accounts using bank systems and other related third party systems. Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures when opening accounts.
• Participate in new customer relationship onboarding calls and prescribed network wide outbound call campaigns
• Balance transactions at end of day to ensure accurate cash levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Document customer conversations in the CRM and send referrals to other departments.
• Perform related duties as required.
