Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and teammates professionally and empathetically.
• Assist customers with a variety of banking transactions in the lobby and through the drive-thru.
• Protect customers and the bank by following security measures and educating customers on safe banking practices.
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Participate in training and development to grow in the role.
