Job summary

OneUnited Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a centralized, high-volume environment. You will assist customers with banking transactions, provide product information, and promote self-service options.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Shifts run 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., six days per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of banking experience (call center preferred).
• Strong customer service, listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of banking transactions including account information and product inquiries.
• Promote self-service banking options (ATM, VRU, internet banking).
• Maintain service standards for customer service metrics and follow-up.
• Work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 6 days a week.
