Qualifications

• Solid math and analytical abilities; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first contact for clients.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate lines of business.
• Maintain cash drawer; balance cash and follow cash handling procedures.
• Protect confidential information and comply with security/audit procedures.
• Respond to customer needs via phone and support banking center operations.
