Job summary

Nebraska Bank of Commerce is seeking an individual for a full-time customer service representative (CSR) position for our Main location at 6000 Village Drive, Ste. 100, Lincoln, NE 68516.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales/service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Proactive and responsive personality with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization and community.

Responsibilities

• Service: Assist customers with account transactions by providing prompt, accurate service. These transactions may be in person, by telephone, or in writing and are expected to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Daily Processing: Attend to daily transactions and cash handling; balance a personal cash drawer and run transaction proofs; participate in vault balancing; answer calls and direct customers as needed.
• Referrals: Know NBC products and services to provide customers with applicable information and guidance; meet or exceed referral goals.
• Maintain and Organize: Keep teller cash, customer documentation, and paperwork secure and orderly.
• Training: Attend ongoing training and branch meetings.
• Administrative: Participate in special projects; work a scheduled rotating Saturday; maintain and stock lobby, teller line, and vault room.
• Other Duties: as assigned
