Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Assist customers with banking needs and promote suitable bank products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Adhere to security and compliance procedures, including BSA/AML regulations.
• Answer inquiries about account balances, rates, fees, and online services.
• Assist customers with ATMs and online banking access.
