Dacotah Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to connect with customers, build trusted relationships and help them achieve financial goals. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries, while growing professionally through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Cash handling, customer service, sales, and/or banking experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate both in person and over the phone
• Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on accuracy
• Self-motivated, with an aptitude & willingness to learn and utilize various software applications
• Bilingual speakers, fluent in Spanish and English preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service and develop customer relationships
• Manage retail transactions and deposits/withdrawals
• Explain and promote deposit products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries and banking needs
• Access other products and services as appropriate
• Support customers in opening/maintaining accounts as needed
