Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience addressing guests' needs and offering solutions.
• Develop and grow profitable client relationships while minimizing risk.
• Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, negotiable items; maintain cash drawer.
• Anticipate client needs and advise on beneficial solutions.
• Assist in opening new accounts and establishing relationships.
• Educate clients on the bank’s products and processes.
• Coordinate with Retail Banking Supervisor and colleagues to meet goals.
• Monitor deposits and credit portfolios and report risks as needed.
• Follow applicable policies and participate in compliance training.
