Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers and address banking needs.
• Identify customer needs and promote bank products and services.
• Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and community focus.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Issue cashier’s checks and money orders; handle other financial services.
• Answer inquiries about balances, deposits, rates, and fees.
• Assist customers with ATMs, digital banking, and online services.
• Process checks and deposits in a timely manner; maintain accuracy.
• Provide debit card services and resolve card issues.
• Import data into core banking system ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with account maintenance tasks and wire transfers.
• Support other operational tasks and maintain confidentiality.
