Job summary

Truist in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Regular full-time Teller to provide timely and accurate client transactions while maintaining records and delivering superior service. The role includes supporting sales and Integrated Relationship Management activities and assisting with outbound calling.

You will educate clients on digital banking, perform both complex and standard transactions, follow internal controls, and participate in branch routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate transactions and thorough record-keeping.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and IRM-related activities.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines; maintain internal controls.
• Assist with new accounts and problem resolution as needed.
