Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
