Job summary

Truist in North Port, Florida is seeking a Regular full-time teller/client service associate to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will deliver superior service, uncover client needs, and support IRM activities.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and contribute to branch sales while adhering to internal controls and policies. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calling and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
