Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, performing transactions, and identifying needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload according to branch needs.
