Job summary

BankWest - South Dakota is seeking a Teller to greet customers, assess banking needs, and process transactions accurately at the lobby, drive-up, or via phone. You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and refer additional products as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bank trainee or intern experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine banking needs; serve as single point of contact.
• Accurately process transactions in lobby, drive-up, or by phone.
• Support night deposits, ATM balancing, and drawer balancing.
• Provide account maintenance, problem solving, and service support.
• Open/close personal and business accounts and recommend services.
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products and grow customer relationships.
• Participate in team planning and organizational training; adhere to policies.
