Job summary

Security National Bank of South Dakota is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller) to be the bank’s front-line ambassador, delivering stellar service and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will balance drawers, process transactions, receive loan and payment items, and help identify customer needs to refer services and digital options. Prioritizing accuracy, organization, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to every customer.
• Maintain a cash drawer and balance cash transactions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive loan, safe-deposit box, and credit card payments.
• Process cash services and redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate services and digital options.
