Job summary

Gate City Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo Hornbachers Village West Office. You will handle customer transactions, assist with account support, and deliver friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will balance cash, open new accounts, and educate customers on relevant banking products and services. A high school diploma and strong attention to detail are required; 1–2 years in related fields

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions.
