Qualifications

• ABA Universal Banker Certification Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their banking needs.
• Provide a single point of contact for transactions in lobby, drive-up, or on the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, check cashing and related transactions.
• Open new personal and business accounts and identify additional products to offer.
• Develop new customer relationships through referrals and networking.
• Deliver quality customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
