Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You help clients achieve financial goals by recommending deposit products and other banking services while processing transactions accurately.

You will grow relationships through a disciplined sales approach, educate customers, and refer to other bank areas, while complying with policies and regulations and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
