Job summary

You will maintain a warm, professional lobby and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience during a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Direct customers to lenders or team members based on needs.
• Answer calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and keep coffee/refreshments area stocked.
• Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with routine account service requests and online banking enrollment.
• Escort customers to safe deposit area when needed.
• Support branch staff in delivering outstanding customer service.
