Job summary

Synergy Bank in Houma, LA is seeking a Customer Care Associate to welcome customers, guide them to the right lender or team, and handle routine account requests. You will maintain a warm, professional lobby and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience during a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Maintain an inviting customer environment, including keeping the coffee station, refreshment area, and lobby stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Follow up with customers after branch visits when appropriate to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with routine account service requests.
• Help customers with online banking enrollment, debit card services, and check orders.
• Escort customers to the safe deposit box area when needed.
• Support branch staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Serve as an ambassador for Synergy Bank's commitment to personalized service.
