Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies and procedures.
