This role focuses on client management, retention, and introductions to mortgage and business banking partners.

The position involves more lending and basic investment interactions and engaging in complex banking conversations with clients.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs more moderately complex special projects and adheres to regulatory policies.
