Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
