Job summary

Flagstar Bank in Marquette, MI invites applications for a Branch Banking Client Consultant I. You will deliver front-line client service, assist with teller functions and financial transactions, and help clients reach their financial goals in a friendly, accurate manner.

You will support branch success by maintaining risk standards and collaborating with teammates to drive growth, client engagement, and education while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET/TASC or foreign equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiative.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Delivers client engagement and Education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to introductions.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhering to bank policies and regulations.
