Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant III - Licensed in Mayfield Heights, OH. This licensed role focuses on delivering best-in-class service, guiding clients through banking products, and building trusted relationships with prospects and existing clients.

You will handle more complex lending conversations, compliance processes, and referrals to Mortgage and Business Banking partners. A strong background in sales, customer service, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED / foreign equivalent.
• 4-5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within 90 days.
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days of Life/Health exam.
• FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days of passing SIE.
• FINRA Series 63 or 66 required within 90 days of passing Series 6.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
