Qualifications

• Education level required: High School or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years in customer service and sales.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: support growth targets and lead introductions to achieve sales initiatives.
• Client Experience: assist with account questions and problems; research and resolve promptly.
• Risk Management: perform daily financial transactions with adherence to policies and regulations.
• Additional accountabilities: perform special projects and comply with trainings and regulatory requirements.
