Job summary

Truist is seeking a regular full-time Teller / Client Service Associate to deliver superior service and manage client transactions with accuracy. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support the sales process through outreach and needs discovery.

The role emphasizes the IRM framework, ongoing product knowledge, and adherence to internal controls. Weekend/evening hours and occasional travel may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of all monies.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain internal controls and keep up with policy changes.
