Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time team member to deliver timely client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound calls, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, maintaining records, and supporting branch operations with adherence to internal controls and policies. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel and overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs for referrals to specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload as branch demands.
